We want you to be happy with Host Haven. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Host Haven orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@gethosthaven.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Subscription page, or through the customer portal provided by Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds outside the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us and we'll review your case.
